1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
3 packages chicken Ramen Noodles
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 Tbl. olive oil
1 can bean sprouts
In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, peanut butter, soy sauce, and garlic. Set aside.
In a large ziplock bag, combine bread crumbs and 2 packets noodles seasonings.
Add chicken one piece at a time, shake to coat.
In a large skillet, cook chicken in oil over medium heat 5-6 minutes on each side until juice runs clear.
Meanwhile, cook noodles according to package directions.
Remove chicken and keep warm.
Add peanut mix to skillet, cook and stir until heated through.
Drain noodles. Add noodles and bean sprouts to skillet, toss to coat.
Plate noodles topping with chicken.

ReplyDeleteI fixed it last night for my family and we decided we did not like it. For us, peanut butter and soy sauce does not go together.
