Make 8 breakfast sandwiches for the price of 1! Here's another crescent roll recipe to add to your collection. They're quick & easy.

{This Bacon, Cheese, & Tomato Crescents recipe comes from Wal-Mart's Simple Mealtime Ideas by Kraft that was being handed out last August during the big Kraft promotion.}
1 8oz can refrigerated crescent rolls (or make your own dough... RECIPE)
4oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
1/4 cup finely chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup finely chopped red peppers
4 slices crisp bacon, drained well & chopped

Heat oven to 375.
Separate rolls and spread with cream cheese.
Top evenly with remaining ingredients.
Roll up, starting at short side of triangle. Place point sides down on baking sheet.
Bake 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
Serve warm.

  1. I've been working with a dough that's not as flaky as crescent rolls, but similar in taste. I'm going to try this recipe with it; it sounds so yummy!

  2. i got it from kraft foods, but its great for sloppy joes when there are no buns in the house! and we eat it without an additional side.

    but it is just cresent rolls (or the cresent creatiosn) layered on the bottome of the casserole dish, then the sloppy joe mix, then mozzerella cheese.
